This is an extremely comprehensive class that exceeds the requirements to obtain a Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit. It lays the foundation for all other CCW Colorado Defensive Pistol training. This course is designed for those who have completed a Basic Firearm Safety training course, know and can demonstrate basic firearm knowledge and shooting experience and want to apply for their Colorado CHP or those that have their Colorado CHP and wish to have additional instruction and improve defensive shooting skills. It was developed to allow students to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential for avoiding dangerous confrontations and understand the responsibility of carrying and using a concealed firearm in self-defense situations.
